2. Description of Services

HealthySkinCare is a cloud-based Clinic Management System designed for dermatology clinics, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and medical practices.

Our Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Patient Registration and Management
  • Appointment Scheduling
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Prescription Management
  • Procedure and Treatment Management
  • Billing and Payment Management
  • Inventory and Pharmacy Management
  • Patient Communication and Notifications
  • Reports and Analytics
  • Optional integrations with third-party services such as Google Contacts

HealthySkinCare is a software platform intended to assist healthcare providers in managing clinical operations. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Not share account credentials
  • Notify us of any security breaches

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Misuse our services
  • Fail to pay applicable fees

4. Google Services Integration

HealthySkinCare offers optional integration with Google APIs, including Google Contacts, to help clinics synchronize patient contact information.

By connecting your Google Account, you authorize HealthySkinCare to access only the permissions explicitly granted through Google's OAuth authorization process.

HealthySkinCare requests only the minimum permissions required to synchronize contacts and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
  • Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms.
  • Pricing may change with prior notice.
  • Free trials may be offered at our discretion.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and healthcare regulations.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Protect patient confidentiality.
  • Report suspected security incidents immediately.
  • Maintain appropriate backups where required.

7. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Reverse engineer or copy the software.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Interfere with platform security.
  • Use the Services for unlawful activities.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.

8. Data Ownership

Clinics and healthcare providers retain ownership of all patient records, appointment data, prescriptions, billing information, and other data entered into HealthySkinCare.

HealthySkinCare processes such data solely for providing the Services.

9. Privacy

Your use of HealthySkinCare is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, trademarks, logos, documentation, graphics, and content made available through HealthySkinCare remain the exclusive property of HealthySkinCare unless otherwise stated.

11. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted Services, HealthySkinCare does not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Software upgrades
  • Internet outages
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Unexpected technical issues

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthySkinCare shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits.
  • Loss of patient data caused by user actions.
  • Service interruptions.
  • Third-party software failures.
  • Internet connectivity issues.

13. Changes to Terms

HealthySkinCare may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
