2.1 Essential

Needed for the site to behave correctly:

2.2 Analytics (optional)

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (G-48WMJZKY1R). That helps us see, in aggregate:

• Which pages (Home, Clinic, CRM, Pharmacy, Onboarding) are opened
• Whether someone clicked a WhatsApp enquiry button (event name whatsapp_click)

IP anonymisation is enabled. Ad personalisation is off in our analytics config. If you click Reject, Analytics is not loaded.

2.3 What we do not use on this marketing site

• We do not run a paid ad pixel on this site for retargeting
• We do not use social plugins that drop extra marketing cookies on every page
• WhatsApp opens in WhatsApp / your browser; that product has its own cookies once you leave our site

3. Third parties

• Google Analytics — only after consent. See Google’s privacy policy.
• Google Fonts / Bootstrap / Font Awesome (CDN) — may receive your IP when styles and icons load.
• Google Custom Search — if you use the site search page, Google processes that query.

4. How to change your mind

Use the cookie banner when it appears, or clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser, then reload. You can also block Analytics cookies in the browser itself:

5. Software products (Clinic, CRM, Pharmacy)

Signed-in apps use session or authentication cookies so a doctor, receptionist, or pharmacist stays logged in. Those are not the same as the marketing-site analytics cookie. Optional product integrations (Google, Facebook, WhatsApp Business) follow those providers’ cookie and privacy rules when you connect them.

We may change this policy when the site or analytics setup changes. The date at the top will be updated.
