HealthySkinCare provides an optional integration with Google Contacts to help clinics synchronize patient contact information. This integration is available only after the user explicitly authorizes access through Google's OAuth authentication process.
HealthySkinCare requests only the minimum Google API permission required to synchronize contacts. We do not request or access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Photos, Google Messages, or any other Google services.

Synchronization occurs only after it has been initiated or authorized by an authenticated clinic user. Google user data is never used for advertising, analytics, profiling, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.
HealthySkinCare does not permanently store copies of your Google Contacts on our servers unless required to complete synchronization requested by you. OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted using industry-standard security practices and are used solely to maintain your authorized Google connection. Google account passwords are never collected or stored.
Google Contacts information is accessed only as necessary to perform synchronization requested by the user. OAuth credentials are retained only while your Google account remains connected to HealthySkinCare. When you disconnect your Google account or request deletion, associated OAuth credentials and synchronization metadata are permanently removed within a reasonable period unless retention is required by applicable law.
